While most industry companies are creating individual components or fixtures, LumaStream is designing, building, and testing complete state-of-the-art turnkey lighting systems. This approach emphasizes ease of installation, highly reducing field knowledge barriers. With the entire lighting system driven by low voltage power, the system is much safer and more energy efficient than individual LED retrofit fixtures.

Local Manufacturing
LumaStream has chosen to manufacture its products domestically, allowing higher quality control, flexible manufacturing, drastically reduced order-to-delivery lead time, a zero backorder policy, and higher LEED points on energy efficient buildings. While cost of goods sold will be higher than manufacturing overseas, the company believes the benefits far exceed the additional cost.
