LumaStream™, LLC has been established with the goal of becoming the leading brand and dealer network in the emerging solid-state lighting industry[1].  The company leverages the research and development performed by Light Emotions®, LLC established by Steve Crimi in January 2006.  Operating as a high-end electrical and lighting design contractor Light Emotions® perfected several proof-of-concept LED fixtures and deployment methodologies.  

Light Emotions® played a critical role with several high-profile projects utilizing LED lighting systems.  The company implemented the technical design and installation of a massive LED system on the SunTrust building in downtown Tampa, a project that continues to capture national attention.  Light Emotions®, also performed the installation and implementation of the LED light show during the 2009 Superbowl.  Most recently, the company completed its first major project utilizing its new StarBar™ lighting system on a high profile public art project.  Over the past three years, the company has successfully designed, built and installed custom LED fixtures for restaurants, retail displays, stages, hotels, landscapes, and residential architectural applications.  
 

By leveraging the resources and knowledge that Light Emotions® has amassed over the past three years, LumaStream™ is now poised to quickly create significant value with innovative high quality lighting systems and a novel, national dealer network. 

 

 
[1] Solid-state lighting is the umbrella term for semiconductors used to convert electricity into light. An LED (Light Emitting diode) is one form of Solid-state lighting and will be used throughout this business plan.
